1. Via "Investment Rules" (no investment allowed in projects which harm "the Planet" (i.e., nature, ressources use etc...) - smart entrepreneurs will design projects that foster nature and are useful for humans (profit is a secondary criterium, because rules will set high fines on unsustainable projects).

2. We don't want bureucrats let alone ideology-driven bureaucrats to design and lead / organizing projects.

3. The state has to take care of education and health - besides all adminstrative tasks - ,constantly critized by the free media (as free as posible, - strong and constant judicial work is demanded).
